NOFOTANE SAMOA SOCIAL ENTERPRISE (NSSE) PROJECT (2024 – 2026)
- Driving Force: European Union (EU)
- Focus: Empowering Nofotane women through sustainable social enterprise development, fostering economic independence and resilience.
- What to Expect: Innovative business ventures, skill-building workshops, and community-led initiatives creating lasting economic opportunities.

CATALYSING WOMEN’S ENTREPRENEURSHIP (January 2024 – April 2024) – Completed
- Driving Force: United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP)
- Focus: Providing crucial support and resources to enhance women’s entrepreneurial capabilities and contribute to economic growth.
- Impact: Strengthened business acumen, expanded networks, and increased economic empowerment for women entrepreneurs.

EVIDENCE FOR VIOLENCE PREVENTION IN THE EXTREME PROJECT (EVE PROJECT) (March 2020 – December 2024) – Nearing Completion
- Driving Force: A collaborative partnership with the University College London (UCL)
- Focus: Generating critical evidence and insights to inform effective strategies for preventing violence in its most extreme forms within communities.
- Impact: Data-driven approaches to violence prevention, enhanced understanding of risk factors, and the development of targeted interventions.

SAMOA GENDER PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM – AN INITIATIVE OF TAUTUA: SUPPORTING HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOR ALL (June 2022 – June 2024) – Nearing Completion

- Focus: Advancing gender equality and empowering women across various sectors through collaborative partnerships and targeted initiatives.
- Impact: Strengthened gender mainstreaming efforts, increased opportunities for women, and progress towards a more equitable society.

- Driving Force: The Spotlight Initiative Samoa led by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
- Focus: Raising awareness and fostering dialogue on ending violence against women and girls through community engagement and advocacy.

MY VILLAGE, MY PRIDE 2023 – EXTENSION AND EVALUATION OF SVSG’S PERFORMING ARTS PROJECT TO END DV & IPV (September – December 2023)
- Driving Force: UNESCO Spotlight Initiative
- Focus: Utilizing the power of performing arts to challenge social norms, promote gender equality, and prevent domestic violence and intimate partner violence.

SAMOA GOVERNMENT FINANCING ASSISTANCE (POLICY ROLL OUT) TOWARDS ELIMINATING VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND GIRLS (May 2022 – March 2023)
- Driving Force: The Government of Samoa
- Focus: Supporting the implementation and roll-out of key government policies aimed at eliminating violence against women and girls across Samoa.

SUSTAINABLE INCOME GENERATION & SELF EMPLOYMENT OF NOFOTANE WOMEN PROJECT (March 2020 – March 2022)
- Driving Force: European Commission
- Focus: Equipping Nofotane women with the skills and resources needed to establish sustainable income-generating activities and achieve economic independence.

MOBILIZING CREATIVE SECTOR & TRADITIONAL INSTITUTIONS FOR ENDING DV & IPV (May 2021 – April 2022)
- Driving Force: The Spotlight Initiative Samoa led by UNESCO with the support of the Resident Coordinators Office, the UN Women and the UNDP.
- Focus: Engaging artists, cultural practitioners, and traditional leaders in campaigns and initiatives aimed at preventing and addressing domestic violence and intimate partner violence.
